Why updates are sometimes slow
Tracking scans only happen when an item passes through a facility — a post office, sorting centre or transit hub. While it is on a truck or train between locations there is no scan and no update. Gaps of two to four days are routine on long-distance routes.
Rural and remote routes have fewer facilities along the way, so the gaps between scans can be longer. That does not mean the item is stuck — usually it means it is simply in motion.
When a gap is worth chasingTrack by service
Status labels are shared across services, but what is normal differs. See Speed Post tracking,Registered Post tracking, parcel tracking or EMS international tracking — or start from India Post tracking.
