It is moving toward its next destination by road, rail or air. There are no scans while it is in motion.

The next update appears when it is received at the next facility. Depending on distance, that can take several hours or a few days.

Nothing. This is a normal step in the journey and needs no action from you — the next scan will appear on its own.
