Track India Post

Cookie policy.

Last updated 20 August 2026.

Short version

The tracking tool itself does not need or set any cookies. If you only use the tracker, no cookies are involved.

What we use: localStorage

We use your browser's localStorage to remember your recent tracking searches so you can quickly re-check them. This is technically not a cookie:

  • It stays entirely on your device.
  • It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.
  • It is not accessible to other websites.
  • You can clear it at any time through your browser's site data settings.

Analytics

If we use an analytics service, it may set a cookie to distinguish unique visits. The analytics we collect are limited to anonymous event counts (page views, form submissions, errors). We never include tracking numbers, personal information or IP addresses in analytics events.

Advertising cookies

If Google AdSense or another ad network is active on this site, third-party cookies may be set by the ad provider for purposes like ad personalisation and frequency capping. These cookies are governed by the ad provider's policies, not ours.

You can manage Google's ad personalisation atadssettings.google.com.

How to control cookies

All modern browsers let you block or delete cookies. The setting is usually found under Privacy, Security or Site Data in your browser's settings or preferences menu.

  • You can block all third-party cookies without affecting the tracking tool.
  • You can clear cookies and site data for this site specifically.
  • Blocking first-party storage will remove the recent searches feature but won't affect tracking lookups.

Changes

If our cookie usage changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
