What does “Item Bagged” mean in India Post tracking?
Articles travelling the same way are grouped into a sealed bag before they move. Your item is ready to leave the facility, and from here it is handled as part of that bag rather than individually.
What happened
The item has been placed in a mail bag for onward dispatch.
What happens next
The bag is dispatched, so a dispatch scan usually follows within hours. While the bag is in motion the individual item is not scanned, so this is a common place for tracking to go quiet for a day or more.
Do you need to do anything?
Nothing to do. If it has stayed here for several days with no dispatch scan, ask the facility named in the scan whether the bag has left.
