The site was created to solve a specific frustration: India Post's official tracking page requires a CAPTCHA, uses cryptic status codes, and provides no explanation of what those codes mean for the recipient. We bridge that gap by offering a clean tracking interface and, more importantly, detailed guides explaining every status, every service, and every common problem.
